I bought these to replace a pair of slippers that I have had for years that are very similar to the slippers I bought, but I had worn a hole in the leather on mine, so I had to find something new and similar. These slippers are worth the money they are very comfortable, and I am sure they will last for years. They are a little tight around the ankle cuff but they are still new and I am sure they will wear in a little more when I start wearing them more.

These are cute (the toe guard is practical as it reinforces the place that usually rips, and it is cute, reminds me of Converse all stars). They are warm. They fit well. They are non-slip. I would not wear them outside because they have a suede bottom but they are wonderful for indoors. Not too tight on the ankle, but not too loose either. Good slippers.

Spent a while looking for the perfect house slippers for winters. These feel the best, they are extremely silent and comfortable on my feet. Very soft. Like walking on pillows. I love them. The only problem I had was that I ordered a true to size. I'm a size 10 normally but I had to go with the Size Small which is indicated 7-8(1/2) so they do run quite large. If you're easily susceptible to foot fungus I'd also wear a pair of socks in them as they can get a little toasty. Either way very happy. I'm hoping they last a long while.

My favorite and warmest slippers (that I still wear) are Acorn YaHoo from 1990! These new Acorns (on the left in this photo) are very nice and have more sturdy soles. They just aren't quite as warm as the material in the old version (on the right in thus photo).

I bought the original slipper socks from Whistler, Canada, back in around 1994 and wore them until about 8 months ago! I absolutely loved those slippers and have still not thrown them out. But after 30 years, the gel sole has finally given up, and there is a slight tear in the back of one of them.Hence I have bought the new Acorn slipper sock in grey fleece. The soles feel amazing and, to the best of my memory, even more comfortable than the originals.Colour-wise, I preferred my old gaudy-coloured version, though the grey does look quite fine.

I have peripheral Neuropathy and have had trouble finding house shoes (or any shoes for that matter) that don't irritate my feet too much, even most socks are irritating to me. I used to wear this type of acorns years ago, before I developed the neuropathy. I wore out my last pair and could no longer find them. I thought that they no longer made them but then my wife recently found them again on Amazon and got a pair. I then also ordered some for myself and find that they work great as a house shoe for winter use. For summer use I use oofos flip flops which provide more foot support but no warmth except on the bottom of my feet. I will still use the oofos in warmer weather for the better foot support but the acorns are perfect for use indoors in winter. This acorn model has been improved over my old ones with a thicker area over the toes to avoid holes developing from toenail contact, which was how my old ones wore out. I just hope they keep making them.

So a little back story. I have been getting shocked everywhere I go in my home and in stores. Of course, most of my shoes have a rubber sole that does not ground me. It is very annoying. We have all tile floors and need to where some type of shoe to avoid heels/feet getting dry and cracked. Looked and tried on many shoes to wear around the house so I wouldn't get shocked. Some had rubber soles, some leather but did not feel good or work well to avoid shocks. Needed to be like these with a leather sole. It has really solved my problem. No more shocks. Plus they are very comfortable with a modicum of padding for walking around on tile floors. I am very happy with this purchase, and for me, even though the price was high, is worth it to not get constantly shocked.

As advertised. Comfortable and practical for around the house wear. Warm and cushioned, the best house slippers I ever owned.

These slippers are very comfortable and they're nice and warm. They also look quite good with pajamas, jeans or leggings as you lounge around the house.I wear size 8.5 or 9 women's shoes and I got the size that matches women's size 9-10 because since I'll be wearing these in winter, I wanted to be able to wear them with thick socks.I question whether the "suede" is real leather, however. I have purchased the Acorn and LlBean wool slipper socks with leather trim and bottoms and this "suede" dies not look the same....but that's OK i like that Acorn added the toe cap because the last pair of Acorn slipper socks I bought tore away from the leather trim at the toe area after wearing them only 2 winters (I had my original LLBean slipper socks for many, manybyears and the toe area never tore away from the leather trim

I used to have a pair I absolutely loved, and they got lost somehow in a move. I knew they weren't being made anymore... then I checked again on amazon, and there they were! I love them! They're so cozy and comfortable on my feet. At first you will think the cuff is too tight, but it quickly eases. The bottom doesn't slide to one side, like slipper socks do. Good grip on floor, no slipping hazard (even though they are called slippers, one doesn't need to wipe out on the kitchen floor!), and warm and cozy. 10/10. Thank you Acorn for bringing them back, and thank you Amazon for selling them for a fair price.

Love these! They are like cushy socks. These tend to run larger than most. I ordered a size down and they were a perfect fit.

My husband had a pair of the originals for about 20 years. When they finally wore out, I ordered him another pair for Christmas. Not only was he happy, but other family members tried them on and fell in love. I ended up ordering three more pairs. Now we all have happy feet.

These were a gift to replace a well worn and well loved pair of Acorn slipper socks, have been looking for them for years. We didn’t think this style was being manufactured any longer. The recipient is really happy.
