I prefer buying products for dual purposes, the ankle weight set being one for both arms sand legs! Without my watch on, one weight fits perfectly on each lower forearm for various arm exercises without worry about dropping hand-held weight! I particularly like it for arm extension for flabby tricep areas since these weights don't hit my head as hand-held weights did if I were not careful. It was difficult separating the velcro the first time, but afterwards, it behaved. The ankle weights are also great for line dancing when I practice learning the steps while exercising the legs. The sewn workmanship looks sturdy so far. I highly recommend these, especially for seniors like myself (80 y/o). These will keep me in shape. I also discovered that they are great to keep my reeds stable as I begin weaving a basket's base--think outside of the box to multipurpose purchases!

I’m a pretty standard sized woman and even cranking down, these are loose. Wish protective flap at inside end was longer. And ended up having to cut off a lot of Velcro. However, the weight is sewn in, I do like the metal ring that helps pull the Velcro tight and I haven’t found better.

Great product however the design of the velcro does not work for a client with large ankles! The velcro strap should be longer by at least 1 or 2 inches.

I got these to increase the intensity of my barre workouts and I love it. I got the 2 lbs weights thinking the 1 lbs wouldn't make much of a difference. But 2 lbs feels like 20 haha. Needless to say, it makes it a good workout. They're super easy to put on. I like the wider strap. The velcro is super strong so you don't have to worry about them coming undone.I will say, I was hoping I would be able to use them as wrist weights too but they're too big and slide all over. So I'll just strictly be using them as ankle weights.

These seem well made. I haven't had any problems with them. I started with 1lb ankle weights and just received the 2 lb weights. I wear them several hrs a day. I feel really light when I remove them at night. :)

I just started a weight loss journey and while loosing weight, I wanted to gain some muscle in the process. I ordered these 2lbs ankle wraps to wear while I am at my job. My job is a a standing up job and walking around is 90% of the day. You can absolutely tell these wraps work. After walking around for the day, I noticed some soreness in my legs.That's the goal. They work.I was also surprised how comfortable they are. Yes, they add some weight to your legs, but they are padded enough for you not to feel itchy or irritated in the legs.I think I will upgrade the weight of the wraps once i get used to the 2lbs.10/10!

i recently purchased these as a suggestion from my GP to help me improve my physical health during the winter months and to help with muslce building as im getting up there in years im finding it helps with my balance as well ever movement i make now come's with an easy form of excersize and im looking forward to seeing the results of this come spring.
