Great product, based on low cost! The mic noise cancellation is not that great, it’s ok. Very comfortable. I received it 2 weeks ago and I have not charged it the first time! The voice can be a bit annoying, whenever you turn on turn off or change the connection mode.

No more headset wires that can be yanked off.I bought it for work and wear everyday most the day and it's never uncomfortable. The wired headset provided by work end up hurting after long period so this is a great alternative worth the investment. The only negative is that the voice is annoying but no deal breaker, and also many customers said they couldn't hear me well despite my mic volume maxed out but that could just be because they are on cellphone and/or driving.

They're very big. Lots of Bass in the sound. Good for movies and gaming. Not for older 360 Xbox. You can control the volume using dial on headphones. Has 3 different types of connections, wired, Bluetooth and dongle. Works very well with the Bluetooth on my Dell Laptop. No dongle needed. The material seems like quality and should last. The plastic is stiff and lightweight. The microphone is not so great physically. Wand is too big. Can't move it around or bend it. Flips up or down. The ear muff part does not swivel much. They will fit a really big head. I have the band open one click and it's enough for me. These are overkill for Zoom conference. I might return them.Note: My New Bee 360 headset is more comfortable when doing Zoom calls. Much Smaller ear muffs that swivel a lot. The microphone bends into many positions. Buy that one for business use.

I've had this headset for a little over a month now and it is great for my work from home call center job. They're great for allowing me to stand up and move from my desk and still hear the phone ring. The range is also even better than the Bluetooth headphones I use for my personal phone, and they work in rooms my other headphones would lose connection. I do use the dongle with my work computer and not the Bluetooth, so that may make a difference.I love that there is a variety of connectivity options. These also sit around my ear and not on them. I've not had any sore ears since switching from the company supplied headset to these. LolMy only "cons" would be that it's marketed as a gaming headset. While they're acceptable for my job, I wouldn't use them to listen to music and definitely not gaming. The bass isn't quite there for the music and I'd doubt you'd be able to determine where sound is coming from in a game. To be fair, I did not test them gaming, but immediately tried listening to some music when they came and was pretty disappointed.TLDR; Super affordable wireless work from home headset.

Really good headset, I've been using it for a while, the battery lasts for around 8/9 days working and playing every day, the built quality is nice and the sound is really good. Totally recommend this headset.

I got these for every day use at work! They are the best I have tried! I am in meetings all day and the clearness of the ear piece as well as the quality of the microphone are amazing!! The battery life last all day and they are very well made! The volume is easy to adjust and find on the headset! Would recommend to anyone! While I don’t use the Bluetooth connection they also come with the usb port and is super easy to connect! They are easily functional and feel comfortable even when wearing them all day!

Per people i'm on meetings with, they say sound is crystal clear. Easily connects via 2.4ghz. Sound/volume is clear. Awesome set of headphones for general meetings, and a great price.A few notes, pressing the mic mute button, a female voice announces on/off state, would be better if it had a tone, the voice is annoying. Also, instructions say these turn off after 5 minutes of no activity, it doesn't seem to turn off, and there is no indication of these being on/off, unless i'm missing it.

These are the biggest piece of garbage I have ever had the displeasure to purchase. They came broken, the mic was connect only by the wire, and there was no way lock it upwards so it was always down and dangling when you don’t even need it. Not to mention on the 5% chance you can get it to connect to PC the audio is totally choppy when your game is running completely smooth. It had 0 problem connecting to my cell phone but when I disconnected that and immediately tried to connect it with my computer suddenly it can’t even find it. Enjoy this picture of how I had to MacGyver my mic…I tried to buy a new pair of different ones but then that package got stolen, but that’s for another review.

The Acer K2 (PS5) wireless gaming headset does what it is advertised to do. I use it with my PC laptop: Long battery life (about a week at 12 hours per day usage). Bluetooth and USB dongle wireless connectivity (I can go anywhere in my home and it stays connected). 3mm sub miniature jack for wired analog connection (cable included). USB-C jack (USB-A to USB-C cable included) for charging (about 4 hours, during which the headset cannot be used). Microphone 270 degree arm swivel arc to allow using the mic on either the left or right side. It all worksWireless setup can be tricky. I initially paired it with my PC laptop for Bluetooth (fuzzy sounding voice announces "Bluetooth Connected"; it sounds like low fidelity 8 bit encoding), it shows up in Windows Sound Settings as "Speakers K2". I think an older version of Bluetooth is used. Stereo sound listening is available, but when the microphone is used, sound switches to mono and stays there for the rest of the listening session. When I wanted to switch to using the wireless USB dongle, which is a little large, I had to Unpair the Bluetooth connection in Windows Sound Settings to get my PC to stop trying to pair with it via Bluetooth, plug in the USB dongle, and restart my computer. When the USB Dongle successfully connects, a blinking blue LED on the dongle changes to steadily lit, and the 8 bit encoded fuzzy voice announces "USB Connected". With this connection method, stereo sound is maintained, even when the microphone is used. This is most important for gaming.I give the headset a 3 star rating because, as other reviewers have stated, the sound quality is mediocre, far from being crisp, clear high fidelity. It sounds muffled. I had to use a free app from the Microsoft Store (FXSound) featuring a 9 stage audio equalizer, which somewhat improved the quality, making sound just barely passable.Another app on the Microsoft Store works better (Boom3D) but it is "try before you buy". During its trial period (about 7 days), it provides full access to its features, including 19 stage equalizer (in Advanced mode) with surround and ambience settings. After the trial period expires, access to all features become locked, so I uninstalled it.I chat a lot with friends in Discord. When I first used the microphone, I was told that my voice sounded muffled compared the the Logitech over-the-ear (uncomfortable) USB gaming headset I had been using. If you are looking for a mostly comfortable, over-the-ear untethered headset for game sound, this one will work well, especially after getting used to audio quality. For $30 (US) I figure I got what I paid for.

The good: it works well and easy to connect. Sound quality and mic quality are both decent. The bad: it does not look like the pictures: the foam looks much more flimsy. It does not look well made and I hope it lasts. It is mildly uncomfortable to wear, but still better than the Logitech one I tried. Most importantly: this device has high quality stereo audio while voice calling (important for gaming while on a discord call) due to the wireless dongle, which makes it much better than other Bluetooth-only headsets.Edit: changing my rating to 5 stars as Acer has contacted me and solved my issues. Amazing customer service.

great headphones for listening to music or your friend . Unfortunately the mic will not work . I've tried everything. I then decided to use my old wired one however the wireless headset wiped out my old headset and I had to restore my computer to the day before. Here I thought it would be easy to just plug in and play as I have the Acer Nitro desktop , boy was I wrong

Like the use time off of a charge, I stream and use it for watching stuff as well and lasts a good amount of time, and the mic is good too.
