I purchased this computer for $579.99 through Amazon. Amazon is my favorite. I buy everything from amazon and am always happy.. It was fine. after a year and a half approximately the mother board died. I called the sellers. They said it was out of warranty by a few months. Ok. They said they would repair the mother board for $419. This response was from Acer. THey referred me to a parts company that they said would give me a better price. The company was Capital Data. They said they would sell me the motherboard for $575 and I would have to hire someone to install it. Obviously I will never buy an Acer product again. They could have tried to make me happy somehow but they offered nothing. It's possible that they could have offered me a motherboard for a little discount. They chose to allow me to be very displeased with their company and I am. Of course I still am an amazon customer. But will never buy an acer product and will look very carefully at what Amazon backs up and what they don't. Big lesson for me.

El envio y embalado perfecto, compra y transaccion muy rapida y eficiente, en cuanto al equipo....Bueno....Es "rapido"... pero no tiene nada instalado, usa Wind 10, el procesador aveces se pone lento ...es de menos de 2 Ghz, aunque me permite tener abiertas unas 2 o 3 pantallas diferentes y tarda un poco en cargar youtube, en cuanto a los Apps, trae Office 365 y hay q pagar como 1800 anuales x liciencia, trae norton x 1 mes gratis luego hay q pagar como 500 x año, y Te permite acceder a la nube de Acer , para poder acceder al equippo desde que lo enciendes te pide tarjeta de credito o debito...lo cual es raro... ademas de nombre y datos personales, su antivirus norton es malo... instale otros 3 antivirus y detecto mucho malware pero norton no detecto nada, trae un Explorador Firefox aunque bueno hay apps como la del sdantander que no me deja acceder ni en google ni en firefox ni en otras paginas, el Dropbox es gratis solo con 2 gb de cifrado y 100 en plan basico y No es compatible con Onedrive de Microsoft el cual te da 5GB gratis y 100 GB por $40 x mes en pago anual y 1TB x 1540 y el plan personal de Microsoft 365 con 1 TB es de 130 pesos mexicanos x mes.....osea hay gastos que vendran y no se contemplan......wn general bastante buen equipo pára usar en oficina , no util para entorno grafico de diseño ni de juegos, ...en general muy feliz con el equipo....... Actualizacion....Finales de 0ct 2021.....despues de 3 meses de uso....la maquina simplemente ya no encendio.... a pesar que tiene su regulador ....dos tecnicos dijeron que se quemo el Disco Duro.....Que al ser equipo tan moderno es tan fragil que con cualquier descarga electrica por minima o la estatica causa anulacion de la maquina, .....Fue muy caro pagar para sacar la informacion..... cobraron 4300 pesos mexicanos por recuperar la informacion.....CAMBIO De PARECER Y No MERECE uno GASTAR en un Equipo de ESTOS....PD.....La idea de comprar un Equipo es que te resolvera problemas ...no que generara problemas y gastos extras que no tienes contemplados......Aun asi se envio a Garantia.... y Todavia por definir si la haran valida ya que se le manipulo para abrir y sacar la informacion........ Postada....no vale la pena en contratar la Nube ...lo que si debes hacer es Comprar un Disco Duro Externo.....Te ahorrara dolores de cabeza.....Dios los Bendiga...

This computer is okay. I love all the desk space I get with the all in one, but it does have a few issues. Most are minor, but one is a pretty big deal and involves the video or graphic card from what I've been told. I'm not a techy person so I can't be totally sure but wanted others to be aware. I use Youtube all the time to watch reviews of products and movie trailers mainly, but with this computer, the videos don't load. They keep spinning and you get prompt saying there is an issue playing video and to restart. This never works. The same thing is happening on FB. Videos just don't play. They just keep spinning. After a little research I learned that this is being caused by the video or graphic card either not being installed correctly or needing to be reformatted and/or the driver re-installed. Huh? I have no idea how (or desire really) to do this nor do I want to have to take a brand new computer to be repaired. It's unacceptable. I wonder if maybe this was refurbished and sold as new. I'll never know I guess but I had my HP laptop for 10 years with no issues other than the DVD player and the battery. I miss that thing.EDIT: I've changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars after doing more research on the issue with my Youtube and other videos not streaming. Apparently it is not the graphics card but an issue with the Hardware Accelerator--never heard of this before, but I turned it off the hardware and now all videos are playing again.

Very easy set-up. I got this as a birthday gift for my 12 year old son. He can play Minecraft and his fav games from Steam with ease. The kids today watch streamers and believe they also need “gamer” PCs. When I checked the specs on the specific games he likes this PC fit the need and is half the price of a gaming pc.

I bought an Acer All-In-One about 7 yrs. ago (I'm using it now to write this) For my budget, it more than filled my needs. There isn't anything wrong, I just wanted the newest version. I love the edgeless display. The resolution is better. I am a digital artist, and this new computer is a new treat.

This Acer AC 24 is Amazon's choice right now. I have to agree. I got mine this week. It only took 2 days, I paid for the extra shipping since I don't buy a new computer that often. For 760.00 Canadian this computer deliverers in every way. 8 gigs of DDR4 Ram and 512 Gig Solid State SSD Hardrive is silent and very fast. This computer make very little noise, it is almost silent. I added Microsoft 365 for 80,00/year which is totally worth it if you do any kind of writing. MS Word is a great word processing program. The best really. I read one guy who mentioned he could find the USB dongle for the Keyless Mouse and Keyboard. It is in the mouse. You plug the USB into the PC for the wireless keyboard and mouse. The keyboard also have a very nice feel to it as well. So 5 stars from me. Love it.

This is an excellent computer for an average user. Perhaps, not for a computer science major but for everyone else. It is quick and has very good monitor. Speakers are a bit soft but one can use and external speakers. The wireless keyboard works well. The receiver is in the mouse compartment. The computer has plenty of USB ports and SD card reader. It is good for streaming YouTube Amazon movies, and It is also compact. I would recommend it.

I liked this computer, but my Internet tech said it was not compatible with my Internet connection, and was causing our other connections problems. I returned this weeks ago, and still have no refund, and I'd like to replace it with another brand!!

Buscábamos una computadora ACER y esta es mas que perfecta. El equipo trabaja muy bien y equipada con un SSD su velocidad de respuesta es muy buena. Llegó super rápido y en perfectas condiciones, sin duda la recomiendo ampliamente, además de que anteriormente he tenido equipos de la marca que han trabajado super bien.

This is a great computer for the price. The setup was easy. However, I couldn't get the computer to recognize the keyboard. I had to contact Acer. The 1st tech didn't know what he was doing and said it was a hardware problem so we returned the computer. I had the same problem with the 2nd computer. Fortunately, I got a tech that knew what they were doing this time and got the computer to communicate with the keyboard. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I can not say enough good things about this computer. Very well built - Not cheap and flimsy.Really easy to setup, fast, etc. Beautiful picture as well.I was reading reviews and may said it came with a magnetic external webcam. This must be a newer model because the webcam is built right into the top of the screen.I suppose if you are a hard core gamer, or do serious video editing this machine probably will lack a little.BUT if you are looking for a PC that looks nice and performs great for everyday tasks this would be the perfect machine for you.
