I installed these on my truck several months ago and the entire surface is already rusted. It's rustier than original parts on my 1998. Maybe one has to go to the aftermarket to get decent parts now if this tie rod sleeve is indicative of ACDelco's current quality.

These have the lengthwise split.Over time; heavy duty use will strain these to the point of looseness and unreliability.Expensive (non-split) adjustment sleeves are best, but are not cost effective. Replacement after more than a decade makes the split design practical.Don't over tighten the clamps!

Exactly as described look like there are better quality then I was expecting. Fit perfect and work with the mevotech ttx suspension components.

The quality was good of course because it’s AC Delco. I just had a little bit of trouble before I figured out the threading spins opposite one one end.So as soon as I figured out the threads were turned opposite direction - because of how tie rods work - I was able to thread in the tie rods easily.

Perfect fit, worked well. No issues. Would be nice if they included torque values like moog does. But, I prefer moog anyway! These were listed on here, and moogs were not.

It looks good but I haven't installed it yet. I am disappointed that it is made in Taiwan instead of the USA. At least it is not made in china.

Installed on a 2000 Chevy Blazer LS along with 46A0930A Outer tie rods and 46A0222A Inner tie rods (both also ACDelco).Proper fit, proper function, exactly what you expect from an ACDelco product. As an installation tip, before you throw your old tie rods out, try to match the length of the old assembly with the new one before you install it, so you don't botch up your alignment too bad. Then go get an alignment when you're done. It may feel OK, but trust me, it won't be correct. Oh and don't forget your Grease Gun to fill the new boots.By the way, when you think those screws are tight enough, try and rotate the sleeve. You would be amazed how tight those get before they actually lock in place.

The tie rod ends are well made and worked well with the new tie rod ends, I just wished that AC Delco at least painted these parts or had some type of coating on them to prevent rust. I painted these before installation and they are still looking good after 5 months since the install.
