I bought this super mario watch for my son on his birthday and upon unpackaging the watch was not working at all the time would always disappear. the screen is broke. I'm super disappointed

My 5-year-old wanted a watch for school that wasn't distracting to his learning. He loves Mario so this was the obvious choice. Fairly easy to set and place on his wrist.He doesn't mind wearing it all day at school and loves to tell me what time it is.FYI: this watch does have multi-color lights if the top button is pressed. Some kids may like the lights too much but they weren't an issue for us.Also comes with a sturdy metal tin case that is decked out with the Mario theme - very giftable!
