The manual is hard to decipher making using the tool difficult. The charging indicator doesn't change when fully charged.

My employer bought this unit for a specific job on which we needed Rz surface data. I was skeptical but for the machined quality surfaces we needed to check, this is pretty repeatable and checks accurate against our standards/specimen checks.
