They work well. I had to put an extra hole in the left arm strap to make it tighter, but it was easy to do.

I got my son an old accordion. Soon enough the straps just gave up. You know... that old leather rot smelling leather. These new ones are a thick padded material which I find very comfortable. This is our first accordion, so I can't really compare, but these are pillows compared to the old leather. They're working great with this surprisingly heavy instrunent!
