A bit expensive for what it is, but what isn’t expensive now.

Thick cardboard (not corrugated) material with a shiny coat to it. The metal 2-prong bracket inside will accommodate very thick books or large reports etc.. I'm using mine to preserve an old Air Force/Navy navigation textbook which had binder holes punched in it. You CAN write with a regular or sharpie type of pen on it to label it. Great way to enable unprotected paper publications to be stored on a bookshelf without damaging pages. Also makes reports look very professional.

Ideal for college classes, I love that they are not bulky to start off with like binders are.

I ordered these to match a previous order but these are not light blue and not the same product. They are more of a navy and not quite the color they show up on photo. For $4.99 EACH they should come in the color as advertised. Overpriced for 1 folder. Such a waste of time.

I have a habit of printing online recipes; the ones I try and keep, are put in sheet protectors and placed in this binder. It's not bulky, holds its' shape and slips in nicely between my canisters and counter cabinet. If you use sheet protectors, the pages extend passed the binders edge.

For the price charged for a standard Acco binder, I am more than a bit displeased with the fact it did not come with the locking bar.

Extremely convenient for binding papers. They aren't bulky like three ring binders and the papers are much less likely to fall out. Also, these don't tend to rip pages like three ring binders do. They stack very nicely since they are square. Everyone should use these for binding documents, printouts, etc, they are so nice.

I used an old, recycled, brown binder last year for my collection of weekly meeting minutes. I like this light blue, new one I found on Amazon. The price was the lowest offered. It is sturdy and will hold 1 to 2 inches of type written pages that have been hole punched. I will make a label for the front area. In time, these reports end up in the County Archives file room. Previous secretaries turned in manilla envelopes containing their papers. This "should be" my final year as secretary at the local senior citizens club, but one never knows. You do a good job and it ends up being a "life sentence" sometimes!

Good and Sturdy. The price goes up and down depending on time of year and color. Color doesn't matter to me. Just that it works.

I use these to store my university class notes. I personally find them better than a binder because they are not as big to carry around, but they are strong enough that your notes are protected. I also like how the size is adjustable, depending on how full or empty you want them to be (again, unlike a binder).
