Bought this for my grandson. He is a toddler now and they can really move out of your arms reach and into danger quickly. The quality of this harness is ok. I wish the leash strap were a little more substantial. But its pretty and I love the reflective accents I don’t use the wrist straps at all because I don’t feel it’s as safe as actually holding the strap with your hand. Wrist straps are too easy to slip off. I feel better having the harness on than off as it’s safer than nothing.

We bought this to use on a cruise but use it anytime we leave the house and our toddler is walking around. It is adjustable and fits well. It has a lock on the buckles to prevent your child from unbuckling it. It came with a straight and coiled leash. The coiled leash can also attach to your wrist and the child's wrist. This is a must have for those independent toddlers who like to run away sometimes!

Many people are against these because they think it looks like a leash. Well, if you have a toddler that likes to bolt while you’re getting her out of her car seat along with an infant, that could be fatal so I don’t mind this “leash” so much. Saving a child’s life is more important than what it looks like however, these are made very cute. And very sturdy.

As a mother of a toddler on the spectrum, it's been a game-changer for us. She’s what you would refer to as an “eloper” and we have half some close calls. You know how it is – some days are smoother than others, and having a little one who's an eloper is to say the least frightening and until we found this harness we really weren’t leaving the house much simply because it wasn’t safe. I’m so thankful this is working for us, and there’s a plethora of reasons why..First off, the reflective element is fantastic. Whether we're out for a late-afternoon walk or running errands as the sun starts setting, it gives me peace of mind knowing we’re more visible to others. Then there’s the harness itself. It's not just a leash; it's like this gentle hug my child can wear. It seems super comfy, and my little one doesn’t mind wearing it at all, which – believe me – says a lot. This is the same kid I have to cut the tags out of clothing due to her sensory issues..so trust me if she doesn’t mind..it must be comfy! Plus it easily adjusts under or over coats giving you a lot of options for use throughout the year indoors and out.The anti-lost wrist link is another gem. Sometimes, I just need to make sure my toddler is close without the full harness setup. It's super easy to attach and gives her a bit more freedom to explore their surroundings without me hovering. We love this for our trail walks! And the lock on it? Genius. Gives me that extra layer of security knowing it won’t just pop open. This harness has essentially given us our life back, I’m not afraid of leaving the house with her and I’m not breaking my back trying to carry her. If you have an eloper this is a lifesaver, literally.

We purchased this to put over our toddlers life jacket while we were fishing on a dock without railing. It was perfect. He had just enough freedom & we knew he was secure at all times.

This locking harness has been a lifesaver for me. My granddaughter is 20 months and while she listens extremely well, she gets tired of being in a stroller or cart after awhile. She loves this thing as much as I do. She thinks it's funny and willingly puts it on and is ready to go. Great for places like the aquarium and zoo. Be prepared for some dirty looks and negative comments. I've gotten them but this Grammie doesn't care- this harness and the added peace of mind are worth it

This honestly got really small. I'm surprised. Fits my 1.5 year old who wears 18 month clothes (the spinning stimmer). Also fits my 7 year old (the anger eloper) who I tried it on for giggles (and he ended up actually enjoying having it on because he didn't need to pay attention to me and could just fart about) so I'll be getting him one too.I don't like how short the key strap is (since it's permanently attached) because it makes the key hard to use while it's on. I don't like having to take it off to use it. If you've ever had an ODD meltdown in front of you, you'd understand. I think a retractable short strap would be better. The padding is good. The reflective bit is good. Well made, except the ends come out a bit too easy.OTHERWISE. This is great. 10 out of 10 besides the strap for the key.

My son is very particular about things and he actually wanted to wear this. Size is awesome. Safety of mind knowing he's safe. Very durable and easy to use.
