Bought this kit for my 98 Jeep tj. Don’t know when the last time this jeep was tuned up. The plugs I took out were gapped at 60 when they should’ve been at 35. Install the new plugs, wires and cap. Everything was a perfect fit. My only disappointment with the kit was, I didn’t receive the red wires Got black ones. Very very minor complaint.

I like the product, and I used it on my Jeep. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering anymore items from Amazon, as the UPS driver refuses to deliver to my front door, and instead insists on leaving my packages out by the road, which is a long walk from here, and where anyone can just take off with my packages. He does this to make me mad and, well now I am mad.

I opened the rotor box today and the rotor has no metal contacts. It simply will not work.

For a '97 Wrangler 4.0L recently picked up. The plugs, cap, rotor and wires had been on this well running engine long the original .0035 gap had burned to .0060. Two old wires broke on removal, but hey, I was smart enough to order the kit first! Long overdue maintenance, now the engine is running super smooth, does what you'd expect and the exhaust odor is much improved now that it's burning all the hydrocarbons.Nice tune-up kit all in one, quality components you'd expect from Accel, like brass terminals inside the cap, rotor, plugs all pre-gapped @ .0035, quality 8mm wires were exact lengths and dielectric grease is even included.Restorative maintenance returning the original 181 horsepower into full service.

The wires are nice quality and look great, I did not use the supplied wire looms, I used the factory originals. The rotor and cap fit perfectly. The plugs on the other hand are shorter reach then the original Champions. Runs fine but doesn't seem to start as quick. I am replacing these brand new short Accel plugs with the factory recommended Champions. As I mentioned It seems to run OK, but there is a big difference in the reach of these plugs compared to the Champions.

Bought and installed this kit on my 94 YJ Sahara 4.0 I6. Was impressed with the quality of the plugs, wires and distributor cap. However the rotor that came in this package did not have a back end that secured itself into its place. Not sure if it would've still worked or not but I decided to play it safe and got an AC Delco rotor at Autozone for $9 bucks. Everything went smooth with the tuneup and I recommend. Just be aware the rotor included in this kit may not fit your Jeep. Another word to the wise, pick up some dielectric grease and place a little glob in the openings of all the wires when placing them in. All that being said, this product still receives a 5 star rating from me. As a Prime member, I received this in 24 hours despite the two day shipping. After being quoted $650 dollars for a tuneup at my local shop, I decided to take matters into my own hands. A tuneup can seem daunting but it is very easy, and this is coming from a guy who doesn't turn wrenches at all. There are tons of youtube videos out there to help you along. Good luck with the kit!

1996 Cherokee Country 4.0L. The spark plug wires were worth the price of the whole kit. They are thick, wound and good silicone covering. Plugs were not U grooves, they were standard, but decent quality, came with all 6 and all gapped perfectly to 0.035 (of course I couldn't find any of my millions of gappers I have bought over the years and needed to go buy a new one to find this out). Cap and rotor were pretty standard, and mine fit the distributor fine, unlike others have mentioned about the rotor. Fired right up. I didn't notice any change in idle or performance as other have noted, but the old stuff was definitely worn so it was time. No complaints, good kit. Take your time changing them and careful not to put them back in the wrong order.

Everything fit fine and having the kit made the job easier. I thought the parts, especially the plug wires were at least as good as the Mopar that came on the Jeep. I withheld the fifth star for the rotor which wasn't as robust as the original Mopar part. I put it on and it will last years but it just wasn't that good a part. It is a standard replacement kit, not a promise of high performance. After the tune up the Jeep ran better and I was satisfied with my purchase.
