I bought this for an S10 with 383 engine and short headers, these spark plugs are definitely a must if you have or want to use headers. engine sounds way better and i was looking for a good option of spark plugs with copper core since MSD highly suggest them for the MSD to work properly.

used these on some FORD 4bar/GT40P heads due to header interference, along with some cheap heat sleeves. i was running platinums prior because its all i had laying around at the time, but needed new plugs anyways.. (which is a big no no on 289/5.0's- if you didnt know, these motors dont likem). Personally I can attest to the performance. Worked great with my HEI, 8mmAccel/9mmFordRacing wires, longtubes, stall converter, ectect. Car ran great, i would pruchase again if needed.

If you have headers on an old classic 350 chevy then these are a must as a few are really hard to get at and if too long a plug they'll fry your boot prematurely.

These work amazon in my 72 Gran Torino with a 351 Cleveland. These are noticeably shorter than the stock plugs I pulled out which keeps the sparkplugs wires further from the hot headers. I did not see any performance improvement but they fit and work great.
