I love this bench, though as you can see we're already using it excessively to store things on and under instead of sitting on it which I loved doing for the first few days I had it. It is absolutely worth the price, because it is about double the weight and durability (real wood, very thick woven rattan) of most similar looking benches. Unlike the ones that photograph well for the seller images, this actually is both attractive and more importantly very well made.I also love assembly when the screws and washers are all the same and no instructions are needed to figure out the only way they can possibly connect. Initially we were going to use it for a breezeway entrance area but we like it so much it's under our kitchenette window. The acacia wood is finished perfectly with no rough edges. Very attractive piece.

This bench is a bit on the expensive side, but it is built to last. I love the aesthetics of it and I like that it isn’t too long or too short for one person to sit comfortably. The surface is kind of like a jute rug but softer, so the texture of the top isn’t the fluffiest, but the aesthetics are unbeatable. I think it would go well with many different décor styles and it’s unique. It’s super easy to assemble and feels very sturdy under you.

This is real natural fiber. People tend to toss around the word natural, but this is indeed real natural materials. The wood is Asian Acacia - an important distinction because Acacia from other regions (like Australia) are dense and heavy like teak. This Acacia is surely nice looking, but is not dense and is very light weight. The whole bench weighs less than 15 pounds.Next, the woven part looks like seagrass, but it's actually hyacinth. I don't really have any complaints about it, but it's not going to work for my space for several reasons (hopefully will help you make a decision):Due to the woven material, there are a million little grooves for dust and debris to get stuck. If the woven part were just the top, it would have clean lines. But they folded it over the corners, giving it a bohemian look, kindof lumpy. I was hoping to put this in an entryway, and due to that one thing it just doesn't match. I don't dislike it, but it's really intended as boho decor. The weave is really well done - tight weave, good craftsmanship. But I know that over time, natural fibers will fray, crack, splinter, etc - especially if you sit on it, or put your foot on it to tie your shoes.Hope this helps!

Exactly as pictured in ad. Easy assembly - just had to attach the legs to the bench. The wood legs are solid and seem like they'll hold a lot of weight. The woven pattern of the bench itself looks to be solid as well, if not uncomfortable on bare legs (like if you're wearing shorts). My only issue with this bench is the price. It is very overpriced. Similar benches can be purchased from Amazon or most any other vendor for about half the price of this one. Outside of the price, it's a good bench.
