My switch came with no instructions but with a sticker that says “read instructions carefully”. I reached out to Amazon to try and ask a product question to the seller and they could not put me in contact with the seller. For what reason? This normally closed switch doesn’t work how you think. You would think the contact springs closed, holding it NC all the time. This is not true. It requires inductive power from the current load you send through it. This means the contact is OPEN when it is off, then closes when the current is between 0 and set point current, and then opens again when the current exceeds your set point. That’s just a bad design. NC contact should be normally closed at all times until something switches them open.
