About Patrick the Mini
GTR Patrick Vindicator, known to all as Patrick, is an American Miniature Horse. Since 2002, Patrick has been welcomed at shows, demonstrations, and performance with owner Sarah Schaaf, including BreyerFest and Kentucky Horse Park Horses of the World Show. He is also a registered therapy animal. Patrick was inducted into the USEF/EQUUS Foundation's Horse Stars Hall of FAme and in 2019 he became a Breyer model.

I started using this product about 5 years ago when my horse was 21. His body has changed greatly over the years but he is still very mobile and seemingly flexible and pain free out on the trails.

This product works. There no loading time so results are easy to see in a short time. I’ve been using it with my horses for years and will continue to use it when I think that there’s a need.

My 34 year old Arabian was kept by a "friend" for ten years with no special care, feed, or supplements in a tiny pen. When I got him back he was skeletal and depressed, and couldn't even step over a log, or canter, and when he laid down he couldn't get back up.Osteo max and special diet got him back into amazing health, but I couldn't afford to keep getting osteo max. I switched to this and after a month or so on it he is getting up as easily as the other horses and is trotting around with pep!

1 like the convenience of this and my horse lived a happy life getting this daily until he was 35!!I will use this every day on my current horses. I see no drawbacks in using it and wish I could take it myself. My tack shop offered a promotion which offered a big bucket for one price and a smaller one at a discount. I wish the promotion would continue. Buy it anyway.

I switched to this from another brand that was a very expensive powder. They didn't always care for the powder. They don't turn their noses up at these pellets and this bucket lasts the entire month for two horses. I have a 25 yr old draft horse that I recently acquired and started him on this about six months ago and he is much more comfortable, even able to lie down, roll and gallop which he couldn't do when her first got here.

Our Vet had prescribed Bute powder for my mare. He also suggested Voltaren as a possibility. Our horse got to where she wouldn't take the Bute at all. No matter how I tried to trick her with apples, grain & applesauce. Nope she couldn't be fooled. I also tried Voltaren. It didn't work at all. Perhaps, if I would have shaved her, it may have worked better? Anyway, I had first tried a similar product to FlexMax off another Equine internet site. It worked! She barely limped! The price, though for 5 lbs, was very spendy. I found FlexMax at 10 lbs with somewhat different ingredients, but close enough. And, the price was close to the same price as the 5 lb bucket from the other seller. It's clear that my aged mare is doing so much better with FlexMax. She has never turned it down, either. She likes the taste! I highly recommend FlexMax. She continues to limp a little, but is so much better than what the Bute or Voltaren was for her. I hope it can give your Equine companion the same relief it's given ours.
