This is built niceEasy to put together supplied everything to put it togetherThe only complaint is the tray should be 1 large one instead of 2 smaller ones because if you only want it for 1 large dog the trys would be uncomfortable to lay down on it

I have a puppy chocolate lab she has plenty of room she weighs 22 pounds takes up half of one side you can fit a medium to large dog I would not purchase for a taller or chubby dog. Love the divider so if I were to get a second puppy they both would fit perfectly.

Very cute and looks great in my home, but the dogs broke the lock piece on like day 3. I wouldn’t say it’s super heavy duty lol i have 2 frenchies so it’s not like they’re huge strong monsters either. We added an additional lock and it works for us but don’t buy for the “heavy duty” aspect— buy because it’s functional and cute lol

The metal bends easily so the doors don’t line up properly. The castors don’t stay on. Our new puppy has used the crate less than 10 times for a maximum of 30 minutes each time and it’s mangled. She’s not a destructive dog, this is just from her standing in there wagging her tail.

Love the size and that my two dogs fit comfortably. Easy to set up. About 2 things came a little bent but nothing I couldn’t fix. Maybe packaging could be better. Other than that it works good.

I used this for my St Bernard puppy. I closed off half while she was little so it was cozy. When she got too big I opened up the top. She still goes in and it looks so nice that I don’t want to take it out of my living room.

I was hesitant to order them because there were several bad reviews about this product; but due to the high demand of kennels I had during the Holidays, I decided to give them a try. The packages arrived in good condition and sooner than expected. No damaged parts and very easy to assemble. I ordered 2 and had them ready in less than 3 hours. Material is strong and very convenient with the wheels. I love them for the smaller to mid-size pups (I am a pet sitter), it saves time and space. I will definitely buy more in the near future.

I purchased this crate for my dog. It is extremely noisey (has a rattling noise) the food bowls are too small for this big crate. my dog broke one of the food bowl holders already along with the sign that is attached where you can add the dog's name. seems like it is sturdy as far as the bars, how ever the locks are cheap. I wish it came with one long pan instead of 2 small pans because there is a huge gap in between. Would I purchased this again?? Definately Not!! Definately not worth almost $200!!!!!!

We had trouble putting the kennel together. screws didn't not match up with poles. the flooring doesn't look comfortable for our dog. Product also feels cheaply made.

Easy to build , they could have made the the holes for the bolts another way. Food tray door don’t open easy .

I am not sure why anyone would use small pans in a large crate. Useless to catch anything. Also one of the pre drilled holes is so off you cannot drill a new one or get the screw in.

As you can see from the pictures, the trays do not cover the whole bottom so if your puppy or dog has accidents, it’ll end up on your floor. What you cannot see from the pictures is the latches. The structure is not made very well so not everything lines up correctly. I had to push the sliding latch bar over to the left for it to slide into its secure spot. Unfortunately, this means the top is very hard to latch and unlatch, it is far from convenient or easy. Overall, I’m disappointed with the outcome. We’ll have to buy new trays or some kind of pad to go underneath the kennel to save our floors.
