I planned to use this as a yoga matt. It is adorable and prob would work well for pilates table. I am small so i can use it for restorative yoga, though a little thin

I LOVE that it is non-slip. I wish I had this when I was doing Pilates but if I start that back up, I will definitely bring this mat.It's so pretty too! That is a bonus.It's fairly thin but Pilates Reformers and weight benches do have a bit of padding. For yoga it feels like it might be thin but you could always put it on top of another mat that isn't non-skid. I have mats where I have to wear grippy socks and this would solve that problem.I definitely recommend for your home gym!
