one of letter's back end was not ground round like the others. as you can see in one of the pictures, it flew across my garage when i hit it ever so slightly off center. would not class as high quality but good enough to use a few times. if used "for real" choose something made better.

These worked great. Punched vin numbers on the frame of 15 different trailers and they're still in great shape. Be mindful that the Q and 0 look a lot alike. Also, use pliers/vice grips to hold the tool while you hit it with a heavy hammer. Nearly smashed my fingers before I wised up.

The product is overall good. The letter sizes are correct and everything came as expected. There were a few spots on just a couple letters where it wasnt perfect, a slight knick or something just didnt let it stamp 100% as i would of wanted. But as one of the cheapest options for stamps as such it is a good product and i got what I expected to get for my money.

The stamps were exactly what I wanted. They worked perfect. However-the box they came in was torn and scotch taped together-very tacky. Half the stamps were covered with red plastic residue and had to be cleaned before use indicating that they had been used on a trial basis and returned. At least they could be cleaned and adequately repackaged before resale. Very amateur move.

I used these to mark keys. Use a really solid surface as an anvil. A concrete floor works well, a table top does not. Strike with a fairly heavy hammer (carpenter's hammer works well) and it will make a clean impression every time.Keys are fairly soft metal. Some steels are pretty hard (like stainless) and will not deform easily to form an impression. Hold the die firmly and vertically against surface when striking.

The stamps are easy to use. I would suggest practicing on junk tools or parts to get an idea of how much power should be used when stamping. I used the stamps alongside a weighted mallet. No complaints.

I was a little skeptical when I first opened up the package, but after using a few of the punches, they worked really well. A friend of mine had a set of punches that were about 5 times as much and I actually preferred the impression of these. Haven't used them long or much so I can't talk about the durability of them.
