Aarke, the Swedish design studio, was founded nine years ago by Jonas Groth and Carl Ljungh, two renowned Swedish industrial designers. 100% renewable CO2
Aarke CO2 gas is exclusively produced from renewable resources within the agricultural industry. This means that the CO2 comes from sources already in the eco-system – we’re not adding any unnecessary CO2 gas to the atmosphere. aarke CO2 Renewable CO2 Cylinders pair perfectly with Aarke Carbonator 3 and Aarke Carbonator Pro models.
Made with Organic Biomass
This renewable CO2 should not be confused with the CO2 gas extracted from underneath the surface of the Earth, isolated from our atmosphere for millions of years. Instead, our CO2 derives from biomass; corn-based bioethanol production that is continually replenished. It's then purified and certified to become a fresh, food-grade gas for sparkling water makers.

We are offering a convenient on-demand gas cylinder exchange service. It’s a smooth, circular set-up called The Cylinder Loop, to make sure you never forget to buy a new gas cylinder. Instead, you can forget about forgetting and just enjoy our automated process with Aarke cylinders arriving at your doorstep when you need them.

Easy to use product. No issues. Lasts a good while even with all the carbonated water my wife makes (several bottles a day). We bought a total of 3 bottles. They have a refill process that lets us send in the used bottles (two at a time) and auto-ship us new bottles as soon as USPS scans the label.

I actually like the concept of the water carbonation, the bottles did their job, but here’s the thing!! I tried to return the empty cartridges but didn’t receive a return label to do so, I’m sitting now on my empty cartridges that no other store accepts…. That’s not good and arke doesn’t feel obligated to solve this issue
