I purchased the size xl in light wash. It is an incredibly comfortable skirt. There is great stretch to the material. It fits true to size. Even though I purchased the xl, I could have easily fit my preferred size L or I could have sized down to a Med to get a more fitted look. I removed a star because of the coloring. The color of the denim is similar to what is advertised, but the distressing is not white like it appears in the photo. Also, the distressing on the bottom edge of the skirt actually pulls and causes the wrinkles you see in the advertised photo as well as my photo (even while wearing the wrinkles remain, it could be because I sized up too much…). The skirt is very comfortable though.

You might want to go a size up. This skirt is very snug. I ordered a medium, which is my normal size, and probably should have got a large. I hardly wear this skirt.

This is a very cute strategy denim skirt. I can tell it would be very comfortable to wear. As for sizing, I ordered a 3XL and it fit perfectly. I wear a US 14/16 , 5’7” and 205. I’m a pear shaped person so I do have to watch that my hips will fit; think JoLo but not toned. LOLFor the money, this is a cute skirt and didn’t find any flaws, so the quality seems decent. I can’t call it a “staple” item but maybe you would.Since the my plans canceled for the Western Chic art event, I will be returning. I just don’t think I’d really wear this often; personal style nothing to do with this skirt.

I ordered 2 sizes up as I read the reviews but it turned out to be now so big. The skirt is so nice and I love it. I don't want to return it and decide to modify/tighten the waist myself.

This is a really cute jean skirt and has a perfect amount of stretch. They do run small though. The first one I ordered was a small and it was very tight and couldn't even begin to button it.. Return was easy and I ordered a medium which fits perfectly. I normally take size 5 in jeans. If you're on the fence about sizing might want to size up for sure. Other than the sizing issue, I'm very happy I purchased it.

Not overly fond of the frayed hem, hence the 4 stars. Otherwise, it's a comfortable pencil-style skirt that is actually flattering to my plus size physique.At first I thought it fit small, but the material has enough stretch that, once the skirt has been on for a bit, it's comfortable, like an old pair of jeans.Other than the hem, which is easily fixed if I were so inclined, it's exactly what I was looking for!

This is a great skirt. I ordered up 1 size based on other reviewers and am so glad that I did because it is TIGHT. But that's the point, right? It fits like a glove and is super stretchy. Doesn't look cheaply made except for the button slit, which was sewn too small. You can fix that with a blade. The length hit just below my gnarly knees and has a sexy back slit that doesn't go up too high. The fabric is thick enough to not be see through or weirdly distorted when it stretches.I am 5'4 and 140. Wide hips, but a flat butt. I wear a medium in Everything but ordered a large this time. A medium would never have fit. I could have probably gone up 2 sizes and still have it fit well, so please keep that in mind. It is a slim fit skirt, so if you have wide, child-bearin' hips like me... this should be a consideration.
