Easy to cut and glue. The hardest part was finding the center lines. If you're careful with the first measurements, the rest will go up really fast. Pic is 1 hour work.Hides a multitude of imperfections in an old house.

I did my entire house with these tile I have to say they were a little cheaper before but it got more expense about $4 per tile when I initially started it was way cheaper.. But I wanted all 4 rooms upstairs to have same tiles... But we painted them before install with Glossy pear white and it makes it look even better shiny white !

Inexpensive way to dress up your ceiling. Take note that these are made out of what looks to be the same material as a take out box for food! I was a little shocked to see that when I opened the box. I have not painted these yet and am wondering if certain paints might have a chemical reaction and melt these! Not sure, but I would experiment on one before painting them all.

I am happy with the results. We painted first. Installation was easy. Once installed we caulked and did minimal touch up paint. I didn’t know you can buy this product already painted. I would have done that had I known. Only negative…they are foam. This is a BnB and I hope it will hold up to damage. It is a low ceiling. We over ordered so we do at least have replacement tiles.

I am remodeling a 109 year old house. I had some cracks in the dining room ceiling. I fixed the keying but the ceiling was not going to be smooth enough for my taste. My sister and I put these up in about 4 hours. I cut and installed, she glued. It looks great. I will paint it in a day or two. I'm going to order more and do the living room too. It is a great look for a house in that age range.

Out of the box my husband looked at me like I was nuts for purchasing these foam ceiling tiles, but after we had put them on he said he would never doubt me again. XD They looked great, we still have to paint them but they do a wonderful job of improving the look of a room, especially over outdated popcorn ceiling. We used the loctite powergrab construction adhesive to start, went through it quickly, tried out the Henry acoustical ceiling tile adhesive because it was cheaper and it ended up working way better. We used less, it cost less, it was easier for two people to work at same time and distribute it evenly. The henry glue is definitely the way to go on adhesive for this product. The only issue we have had is that of the five boxes we ordered initially, the first box only had a package of 8 instead of the expected 96 and we have had a bit of trouble with UPS pickup on getting that fixed, that is not the sellers nor amazons fault though, just proof that UPS sucks. There is a bit of trial and error when working with this on doing edges (we arent very handy so you may have better luck at start) but after the first room we have gotten it down and waste way less tiles now and it made us decide to do a few more rooms. Despite the initial first box issue, we have so much faith in this product we purchased the rest of the boxes of tiles from here to finish the job. Definitely recommend.
