The C-Pan Arm II is a very unique camera guide contraption that mechanically can move a camera in a variety of different paths; straight pan, outward curve, inward curve, horizontally, vertically or at a sloped angle or even forward or backward moves.
Horizontal Movement
Dolly In /Out
To make in and out shots or fly-overs, simply loosen the camera screw and rotate the camera 90 degrees (or the desired angle) on the camera plate and then tighten screw again. The camera plate can then be titled to any angle, depending on what kind of movement is desired.

Can be set between 0 and 90 degrees
C-Pan Arm II can be set at any sloped angle between 0 and 90 degrees at intervals of 15 degrees. Do not set it in-between where rosette teeth don't lock it securely in position.

This is a really unique product that allows for moves that are tough to get without using a robotic arm. I really love this arm but I gave it 4 stars because the design could use some improvements like the safety pin, and they could do something to make fine tuned adjustments a little easier. Overall, I'm really happy with it and can see using it for lots of different applications. I would probably only keep it in studio and make sure you use a very sturdy tripod.
