Using a sewing machine a lot means going through a lot of needles. Since there are many styles of needles, it really helps to have them color coded (usually the size is printed on them, but it is in very small print). These needles work just fine.

These needles fit my machine and appear to work well. I didn't have any break on various fabric thicknesses and I didn't experience any skipped stitches. It is nice to have several back up needles when needed.

I'm reviewing "9pcs 90/14 Prevent Skipped Stiches Ball Point Sewing Machine Needles, Universal Sewing Machine Needles for Knit Fabric, Compatible with Home Sewing Machine" which I received via the VINE program.I must have hundreds of sharp pointed needles for sewing wovens as I do a LOT of quilting but really do not have many ball point needles for knits, so I got these.They fit all my machines just fine and sew very nicely on many different knit fabrics, ranging from ponte, to ITY to bamboo jersey.There were three tubes with 3 needles each. Not sure why they were packaged that way, but they also didn't specify ball point on the packaging either. I needed to write that on the tube so that I don't mix it up with all my other sharps in the same type of tube/packaging. For that reason only, I'm deducting a star. Price point is good, but for a sewist, having needles correctly labeled is important to prevent broken needles and potential damage a broken needle can do to a machine.

I tried sewing with these needles on stretch fabric. There were a few skipped stitches while using the proper stretch stitch setting on my sewing machine.I received 9 needles only; 3 in each little blue case. I like the little blue cases.

Not quite as good as name brand needles. They fit in my machine just fine, but I'm getting a lot more missed stitches and broken thread than I used to.

I just got my first sewing machine for Christmas (Brother), and I already broke a needle. There are only two more replacement needles that came with the machine, so I ordered this piece set from the HLARTNET store. It fits my Brother sewing machine perfectly. The description for this product is confusing as far as how many needles you get. The title and part of the description say you get 10 needles. In other parts of the product description, it states that you get 30 needles. The needles arrive in 4 clear plastic storage cases. I counted the contents of each case: two cases held 9 needles, and two cases held 6 needles. So I in fact did receive 30 needles. For $4.97, I think that's a good value. Recommended.
