I got this for our toddler but I ended up commandeering it. Really fun to drive around and chase the kids and dog. It's a bit trickier than I was anticipating especially when turning, but once you play with it a bit, it gets easier. Glad that both the sound and lights can be shut off as many kids toys don't allow. Really easy to swap batteries and the dump function works well. I would probably suggest keeping it on a shelf if your youngster is still aggressive with toys, so I think the age suggestion of 4+ is a hair optimistic for many people. It also doesn't handle obstacles well, needs a mostly flat surface, yes it is a truck, but no it can't really handle much. Otherwise it's simple and fun to use and a great first RC vehicle.

There is something about metal toy trucks that really takes me back to my childhood. While we didn't have remote control back then, the metal trucks just seemed to hold up better, carry more loads and handle the abuse of a toddler/young boy really well. This toy doesn't disappoint, and it has working lights and sounds/music that kids will love.It's battery operated, but even if the batteries run out, there is still a lot of play time to be had with this truck. My grandson is going to absolutely love this, and I'm sure the dogs will have fun chasing it around the living room as well.As all things electronic, we shall see how long all the electronics last, but assuming they do, this was a home run for me to get my grandson. So far, so good. Appears well made, and a lot of fun.

What a cool toy! It's quite responsive, but I believe the minimum age should be a bit higher as it needs a bit more dexterity than I was expecting. It's easy to change batteries, and I love that the sound and lights can be turned off. This should prolong the batteries more. The overall quality is pretty great actually. The price is very reasonable for a remote-controlled toy truck with its functions.

So this little remote-controlled dump truck is fun. It moves quickly and is very responsive to the controller. I find the rechargeable batteries in the dump truck a little clunky to unhook, replace, and charge, but I can get it done. I think my grandson is going to have a lot of fun with this. I hope he is not too young. It says for 4 ad older, but I plan for this to be a birthday present for when he turns 3. If too young, we will wait.... Oh, the demo mode is nice to see all of the capabilities.

This little dump truck is fun, and works like the real thing. It is full of detail, right down to the driver! The 9 channel claim is hard to believe as forward/reverse is 1 channel, left and right makes 1, lights on/off makes 1, rear hopper up/down makes 1, and last is music off/on is 1. So maybe five channels here.This may be a bit simple on its own, but is a lot of fun when you have other machine models like an excavator and bulldozer, to use together.This is a great addition, or start, to anyone's collection of r/c construction vehicles, and fun to use!
