Very easy to open just by pulling on the shackle. I didn't expect high security, but with some force you can pull it open with one hand. It looks well made and is metal though. returning

this little padlock is pretty cool, and works exactly like it is supposed to. It seems to be pretty well-made, even though it is not the most secure, and seems like it could be busted open pretty easily, maybe even snipped with wire cutters. But, it is not for high security situations, it is more like the little time locked phone boxes, to forcibly restrict yourself from something. It is very easy to set up, and use. And has a great battery life. It is secure enough to work, and definitely tamper evident. If somebody breaks it, it is definitely broken, no sneaking around it. It is a pretty cool little product, and does what it is supposed to. Highly recommended.
