The outer package was fine. The inner package looked like somebody had bought it, taken them out and put them back. I'm not sure what they are now really. When I buy NEW stuff I kinda expect to get a NEW product. It was a returned product - at best.

Got exactly what they said they were! Rickenbacker Strings in the right packaging!! Had talked to several people about changing the strings on 4003 and was told that the stock strings are exactly what they need!! Got a set and sounds like it did when I got it new!!

These are the only strings I can find that fits the nut perfectly on a 4003.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN..THESE STRINGS WERE SENT TO ME, IN A LOOSE BAG..THEY ARE NOT RICKENBACKER BASS STRINGS AND NOT SURE IF THEY ARE NEW. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED.DO NOT BUY THESE BASS STRINGS ONLINE..
