I was not expecting the extra little bling that was running through the rick rack. My students will love that! There some nice silver thread running through the white to give it a nice festive flair. This is a good buy for the price, and I look forward to using it in Christmas crafts this year.

You really do get a lot of ric rac in this package. It's thin ric rac - 1/4". It is white. But in the pictures it looked like it was white with black stitching. It only says "white". Well it's white with silver metallic stitching. Not at all what I was expecting. I was wanting black and white for a project I was planning. This will work. I am just disappointed it doesn't have black in it. The sparkle was a little more than I was wanting.
