Impeccable craftsmanship! I purchased a 14x42 shadow box frame. It arrived in the time line promised. It was carefully and beautifully packaged for shipment. It’s sturdy, straight, and neat; no rough edges to the frame or poorly cut mitered corners, no missing paint on the frame; absolutely nothing to “correct”. The plexiglass is of a nice thickness (it doesn’t make the shadow frame heavy and difficult to hang), it’s not thin and flimsy. The price was very reasonable. I’m extremely happy and can’t say enough to compliment this product nor the seller.

EDIT to add: the company saw my review and offered a refund. Great customer service, and if not for the damage, the product otherwise was great.Came in damaged. It looks like one of the tabs on the back was pressed in too hard and the back of the shadow box was cracked
