Very cheaply made despite what the description suggests. It fit my 1952 Ford 8N tractor after some manipulation. I haven’t had the tractor running yet, so function is still up for debate. It is definitely not a product that can be uninstalled and reinstalled. The ends are very brittle.

I knew that it was same size threads on both tractors and the few inches longermakes it easy to route . Works perfect. I also carefully pulled the cable out and smeared a light coat of moly grease to prolong life.

Cable should be longer at proof meter end (square drive end) so it can be cut down to fit your particular tractor. I was able to modify it with some Macgiver shimming at each end. I also added shrink tubing over metal body to protect from weather and a length of heat shield where it passes exhaust.

The housing fits correctly, the inner cable is too long and will need trimmed to proper length.
