This bleeder uses a whole lot of air and barely draws any fluid. I tried to siphon out my master cylinder and got next to nothing using a 20 gallon air compressor. The bleeder that I had for 20 years (similar design) could drain the master cylinder in about 10 seconds. This unit sucks, I mean it doesn't suck... you know what I mean. I would recommend that you don't buy one - I returned the one I bought.

Personally I don't know how anyone could have a bad thing to say about this item. I've been bleeding brakes for about 30 years. This thing has been well... life changing when it comes to doing brakes. How much easier could it possibly be? You hook up the air line, put the hose on the bleeder valve, crack it open and pull the trigger until there are no more bubbles in the line. It worked perfectly for me.

Had plenty of air compressor and plenty of psi and airflow and it barely had any vacuum to lift a gum wrapper. dont waste your time with this thing. wasted so much time and power to barely get the brake fluid out the reservoir. its a piece of trash poorly designed. Think: "how can we make what looks like an actual vacuum bleeder as cheaply as possible. And sell it to novices that wont know any better on Amazon"

It worked well. Would be nice to have a trigger lock feature to hold the trigger down while adjusting the bleeder valve.

You have to pump brake and watch new fluid feed. A two person job to avoid air bubbles.

Worked great on first vehicle brake bleed. Broke during the next vehicle bleed job. The chrome plastic air bypass port broke off. After that it would no longer pull fluid through the lines.

I just received the pneumatic brake bleeder. When testing it with just water, while it did suck out the water from a bottle to the container, but there was also water mist spraying out of the front of the bleeder (from that black round nozzle in front as seen in the picture.)I'm sure it's not right, because if I use it for real, the brake fluid mist will come out the same way, corroding everything that it points to. By the way, I hooked up a vacuum gauge to measure the vacuum: with the air compressor feeding 100 psi to the bleeder, it drew 15" vacuum.Updated 4/24/2017: as long as it did not suck dry and suck in air, it was fine. The mist of water I observed was from after the water was vacuumed to the container, the hose sucks in air and caused a mist shooting out of the front exhaust.
