Have been putting it off for a while now an really need to get some information off my ipad before tax time. Ordered this screen, the first one came defective. The screen did not work properly when turned on, there were lines in the screen. But without hesitation when i reached out they were able to replace the item & even gave overnight shipping. What i thought was a nightmare turned out not so bad, thank you so much.
