I pulled out my room air conditioner for the summer and the hose had deteriorated over the winter (it is a few years old so should be expected). I called the manufacturer and they wanted $100+ to replace parts. All I needed was the hose. So glad I found this replacement and the instructions to install it correctly. Thank you.

This fit my needs for an extension to my portable air unit my shop. I just wanted to be able to move it around a little more to get it more centralized in the room and this fixed everything I needed. Super strong worked great inside the coupler and will purchase another soon for my other unit. Highly recommended for sure if you need that extra extension or a replacement hose for ventilation.

I have a Black & Decker portable AC (Model BPT10WTB) and the hose had cracked and ripped. Black and Decker customer service was no help with replacement hoses or providing me specs on what to buy. I really had a heck of a time getting this hose threaded through my unit's attachments - I'm talking two hours of trying with breaks and swear words. However, once I finally got it connected, it was worth all the blood, sweat, and tears. My AC unit is back to working great. I have no tips other than to keep using force and twisting counter clock-wise.

I always struggled with the original LG hose as it was barely long enough to reach the high window. I had to duct tape it together last year. Good news - this one is longer than the stock one and very easily reaches the window. Easy to install on the fitting too.AC unit is an LG LP0711WNR.Excellent!
