This is well worth the money. Sturdy and offers hours of fun. I bought 7 nerf footballs to go with it so my grandson didn’t have to run back and forth too often.

Using for hockey shots in a backyard. While a standard goal is ideal, this provides massive protection for 'missed' shots. I'm able to prevent over the fence (your welcome neighbors) rogue shots, protect windows and generally soft bounce back rebounds. While it's meant for footballs it provides me with 4 shooting areas. I'm using a 6" diameter puck or ball and it doesn't dislodge the net or penetrate the twine.Nice 'score'!

This item is a gift for my grandson, which I’m driving 2 hours to deliver to him. The box is DESTROYED!!!! There is no way the gift is not damaged!!! So upset!!! He will open to a broken net that we paid $80 for. This is ridiculous.

On the whole, I really like this net target - it's easy to setup, appears to be quite durable and provides everything you need out of the box to get going - even a ball and kicking tee if you want to use it as a kicking target instead. Setup couldn't be any easier - you simply push the poles together to form the bottom, then do the same for the side poles, sliding them into the side pockets sewn into the netting and stretch it so that the side poles can go into the base (which puts them out an angle so that the net stays taunt). That's pretty much it! It is recommended that you use the included stakes to secure the net in the grass - otherwise you have to hold it when someone is throwing into it so it doesn't tip over (or you could put weights on the base which is what we've tried when we want to use it in the driveway/on the patio where we can't stake it down and it works fine). It probably took less than 5 minutes for the first setup/teardown and less for subsequent since I knew what to do. The materials seem to be high quality and well-made, like it will last through quite a few throwing sessions.The net provides 4 targets at different heights/angles to simulate different throws. The angles (and smaller sized ball that is included) clearly show that this is targeted at more beginning / intermediate football players (think pop warner, perhaps through middle school) though more advanced players could simply stand further back and it should work with a full-sized ball as well though I haven't tried that as I did get this for my little one. The very young players might have a hard time retrieving the football when it goes into the higher targets but my kiddo figured out quickly he could go around the net and push the ball up and out since he wasn't tall enough to reach into the net bags behind those top targets.So if you're looking for a way to get in additionala throwing practice at home for your football player, this is a great way to do it - simple to use, durable/well-made and a good challenge even for the intermediate player - so give it a try today!
