boxes were smashed, product exposed, have to reshape cores of rolled paper in order to load and use in our plotter printer, some of the rolls had to be torn off and discarded due to damage and or ripped and dirty

When I received it, the outside packaging was broken. The worst thing was when I removed the paper roll, and the shaft hole had already been flattened, printer scroll could not be loaded. In addition, the length is less than 150F !
