Tweezers r the goto of the pair, while the pry tool theoretically looks like a good idea, assuming the tick is a passive sucker, lacking determination. When it comes 2 ticks, ya don't dance, & ya gotta succeed@1st couple of attempts, or they'll regurgitate their toxins back into the host, as they redirect their focus toward surviving "u"!

I bought a variety of tick removal tools and these metal ones are my favorite so far. They should be able to get into tight spaces and be durable.
