Better than magnets. As you know, any shower curtain likes to wave in even if you don’t have that vent on. These are just the right amount for the regular size curtain. I have a regular straight shower rod that I moved a little bit farther out for elbow room and then I put these on the bottom and they were perfect. These are sturdy and strong.

I bought a new shower curtain liner but mistakenly bought one that was medium weight instead of heavy weight like the last one. Once I stepped into the shower the liner kept trying to blow inwards and stick to me and getting in the way blowing all about. Geeez !! I tried the bathroom door open, closed, door open a little, curtain open a little, fan on, fan off, etc. I could not find a happy combo. Finally I checked here and found these nice weights. There is a set of 4 (8 weights). I ended up placing 3 sets across the bottom of the liner and that did the trick - the curtain hangs down and stays down. They're not very heavy but enough - they won't pull down on the rings at the top of the liner and the magnets are totally encompassed in a rubber coating so they won't damage your tub. They come in a little plastic box so if you don't use them all you won't lose them.BEWARE - Do NOT Stick Them On Your REFRIGERATOR !! HAHA. It was too funny I had to call my husband to pull them off.The magnets are really, really strong and I had a had time getting them off again.Very functional and well priced - I highly recommend them (especially if you need some good, strong fridge magnets :)

The product is good. This was my 2nd order of (3) additional packs as I used these weights doubled on heavy drape material. The problem was with packaging. The envelope tore completely open due to the weight inside, and one of the 3 packs got separated from my order. Only 2 packs made it to me. Please send a replacement or refund for the missing item.

In the summer I need to pull up my curtain as I put a window fan in the bottom of my window and after fooling around with clothes pins, these magnets are excellent. Does the job well. Magnets are strong.

These are extremely strong magnets. I opened the package to remove the magnets and they were nearly impossible to remove by pulling. You have to slide them sideways off the plastic sheet; don't try to pull them off, they will barely budge. I'm saying this up front so you'll understand why I say the discs need to be ALIGNED.There are 6 round magnet beads inside each white disc. This is what the instructions and the ad are referring to when they write "the magnets are super strong when both sides with 6 round edges are sucked (sic) together face to face..." Their description isn't the best and doesn't convey what you actually need to do. You need to understand that those beads are the actual magnets encased in the white covering. They appear to NOT be evenly spaced inside the discs, so you'll need to align the beads on both sides of the flag, shower curtain, or whatever it is that you're wanting to weigh down, to ensure that the magnets have the strongest attraction. Once you have the discs in place where you want them, gently rotate the discs across the cloth until you feel the strongest attraction where the magnet will no longer adjust or move. This is how you can tell the beads inside each disc are alignedI found this out by analyzing why the magnets had fallen off my flag that I have hanging outside my front door on a post. I placed the magnets on the top and bottom on the outmost portion of the flag, furthest away from the pole. This was to keep it from furling and flapping in strong winds and getting hung up on our roof gutter. It was fine in the morning but in the evening I found the flag was flapping around and the magnets were on the ground. I didn't understand this because after I opened the package the magnets were early impossible to remove by pulling. I remembered this and so looked closer at the discs and then I noticed the beads inside. This isn't written anywhere in the ad or instructions about rotating them around to get the strongest attraction so I hope it helps you understand better how to apply it to your item.I hope the seller reads this so they understand they need to clarify their instructions because I see many buyers giving low reviews because they assume the magnets don't work when it's likely all they may need to do is realign the discs and the magnets will work properly.

Better magnet system. Soft rubber (?) feel. Edges do not stick juts the main surface area. No clanking of magnets. Magnets have stayed in place for me. Using in a Walk in shower. Works well so far

I have an open shower stall without a tub. Any shower curtain I bought that bragged it was heavy-weighted simply never lived up to their hype of not billowing inward. It's beyond irritating trying to shower when you're battling a curtain that's hell-bent on hogging all the shower stall space AND persistently plastering itself all over your limbs and torso.Pros: This product effectively, instantly, and fully solved an annoyance that was the scourge of my daily routine. This product is also aesthetically pleasing enough on top of being practical. The white ones I ordered are barely noticeable on my white fabric shower curtain. They blend right in until you push the curtain aside and feel the weights swinging down below. Plus, I love the fact they’re easy to clean. They're waterproof, sanitary, and they appear to be highly durable too. Yes, it hurt to pay so much for something so simple, but they look better and attach better than most regular curtain magnets. The Big Con: I must say that this product is overpriced: they're silicone-wrapped magnets. C’mon, this is way beyond buying for a nickel and selling for a dime! It's been several months since I bought these and I continue look at them and never forget: "I can't believe how much I paid for this product."However, nothing else was working out and the design of this product literally improves my daily life. I recommend them, but I will forever smart at their price.
