I have always loved this wrap/tape but have always known it as "Coban Tape" which is used in the medical field for a variety of reasons (most people would be familiar with it's use following a blood draw). Because of its versatility I have used it for medical purposes, to hold items together, to create buffers for items, but I will say that using it as a handle wrap for handbags is not something I would have previously considered. I would say that if this is what you are using it for I would recommend first putting a layer of tissue paper, or completely non-adherent material around the handle prior to wrapping with this item. This is because although it is non-adhesive, if left on for a period of time there is a chance it could end up damaging delicate materials like vintage leather/lambskin/etc.This is a terrific product, comes in all sorts of colors and widths if you search under "Coban Tape" but the cost of this particular listing makes it very affordable as you get 8 rolls for under $7Can't recommend enough!!!

Compared to name brand versions that are much more expensive, the adhesion and durability is nearly the same. At the price point it's being offered at for an 8 pack, it's a huge deal!I'd definitely recommend this. My intended use is for medical bandaging / first aid kits. They work well over band-aids and resist water and dry quickly when wet, such as after washing your hands.
