1. Bar Length
Determine guide bar length by measuring from the front of the chainsaw to the tip of the guide bar.
2. Chain Pitch
The chain pitch specification for this guide bar is 3/8 inch.
3. Chain Gauge
The specification is found by measuring the cross section of the drive links in the guide bar recess.
4. Drive Links
Count each drive link to know the total number of drive links on your saw chain.

Blade has the outward look to fit. I had to work it over to fit. First the center slot did not match in length and diameter. I marked it to fit drilled it and cut the center groove to length and diameter. It needed to be widened to 9 mm. The two adjustment holes did not match so I put the original bar over this in a vice and clamped the ends with Vice Grips. Then I chose the right size bit and drilled the holes to match using the original as a guide. Now it fits and works. It now can be used on the Ryobi Shark and the SunJoe saw.

I have a Ryobi pole saw and also a Ryobi regular saw. They use the same size bar, and this fits. It seems to be well made. The sprocket in the end rotates freely had has an oil hole. Good replacement.

The Aporozona Replacement Guide Bar for Greenworks 40V 8" Pole Saw was easy to install in my Greenworks saw. The bar is for a chain 3/8 pitch, 050 gauge, and 33 links in length. The bar has a sprocket on the end and a lubricating hole for grease. I recommend the Aporozona Guide Bar.
