They worked well to lift and set corian sheets for shower walls which we left the protective plastic on, biggest one weight 150 lbs. Made the job easier since you can reposition your lifting points especially the back wall since you can not get your hands on either side as it is positioned and installed. Nice that it has the red mark to see when it is losing suction so you can give it a couple more pumps as needed. I would recommend this tool.

My husband and I needed to take down a 7-foot bathroom mirror, and I figured these would be perfect. When we went to use them, I pumped the button 8 or 9 times until it wouldn’t go my further, and it seemed well suctioned to the mirror. But then the suction button kept going foosh-foosh-foosh and loosening back up. Neither my husband or I felt comfortable using them and risking them slowly losing suction and then letting go of the mirror as we carried it. At this point, I was ready to give them 1 star and a very bad review.Then I looked at other reviews, and one with a video showed how he just pressed the suction button 2 or 3 times, and the suction cups held. My husband and I had already taken down the mirror at this point, holding it by the edges with gloves, and laid it down in the garage. I tried the suction cups again, and yes! They held well with just 3 pumps.I will chalk this up to user error and give a good rating on the review. But I would love to see an actual set of instructions to help those of us who need them.
