A few months ago I saw a nutmilk maker pop-up on Vine, but I let it go because I figured it would be kind of pointless. However, I couldn't stop thinking about the possibilities of making different nutmilks and using them for baking. Peanut milk? Walnut milk? Nutella-style chocolate hazelnut milk??? I added one to my wishlist and decided if it was meant to be, it would pop-up at some point. Not long after, this device came up into my recommendations. I grabbed it instantly. I was READY to experiment with different drinks. I had recipes prepared... but when I opened the package, it turned out I didn't need my own recipes because there was a nice little book included!I decided to try walnut milk because I had some walnuts ready to go. I did not pre-roast them, I used them raw, as I wanted to see how it would turn out raw first. The recipe in the book calls for just 60g of walnuts, which was a scant cup for me--such a small amount, I thought. No way this is going to taste good or yield a decent amount. It also called for dates and honey as optional, which I added about half of the amount listed in the recipe (because I was low on both). I used plain tap water as well--we have city water and I didn't filter it as I do for drinking.I don't know why I assumed it would take hours to make, but the nutmilk was done in 8 minutes. I heard the beeps signaling the finish and again was confused. No way it would take that short of time to make something good.I was wrong--the hot walnut milk tasted so good. It does come out hot because that's how it's processed, so be prepared, but honestly I liked it a lot on a cold day--I bet it would make a great hot chocolate. There are other features I haven't used yet--oat milk in particular will probably be my next attempt. I'd also like to make some OJ, I like full pulp and I'm sure that's what this will do.After I ran the walnut milk, I decided to run a clean cycle and it did a great job cleaning up the blade and interior without leaving extra behind. In summary, I would recommend this--I'm very impressed.

One of the best things I’ve bought in a while. Also I’ve never written an Amazon review so that’s how impressed I am with this machine. The recipe book is very helpful. We made the cashew vanilla milk and it tastes like melted vanilla ice cream. Sooo good!! Ridiculously easy to make. Only complaint is the milk only lasts 1-2 days for our family because it’s so good and it doesn’t make a lot. Great value for the price. Easy to clean.

I ordered this nut milk maker for my son who loves almond milk. After he made his first batch of almond milk, he stated that there was a lot of "dust" from the almonds in the milk. I told him that he probably needed to strain it through some cheese cloth to prevent that. The next batch that he made was much better. The machine was very easy to use, it is a little loud but not to the point of distraction. He stated that the taste of the milk was "pretty good". Overall, the nut milk maker works well and it is saving me money because i no longer have to buy cartons of Almond milk.

This automated pot/pitcher is pretty cool. It is good quality, easy to use, and has great functionality. The pot is so versatile, it is so much better than I expected for sure. I expected I could make nut milks, such as almond. But I can also make oat milk, coconut water, and juices. It easily and quickly heats water so can easily make hot tea, coffee, hot chocolate and warm milks for hot cereals, oatmeal, etc. It also makes rice milk! I cannot wait to make horchata. And if that isnt enough, you can make soups and probably a whole lot of other things I haven't discovered yet! LolThis pot is easy to work. It comes with a little recipe book. I tried the oat milk recipe from the book and it was really good! I did have to Google to get some specifics as the recipes are not super detailed. Like regular rolled oats make better milk than instant or steel cut. And I did substitute honey for syrup. :)The pitcher has a little blender inside of it, a menu button to set times for your favorite things, and even has a delay feature so you can set it for later... it also has a self cleaning option. Some things prepare really fast, like oat milk taking 2ish minutes. Some things, like rice milk, take 20 minutes or more. Makes sense though because it takes that long to cook some things in general, like rice. I did notice while the pot said it took two minutes it really took about 4. It stopped the time and blended automatically every so often. LolThe lid of the pot has a safety feature that it has to be on a specific way to work. That wasn't immediately clear to me and I couldn't figure out why it kept flashing an error. I do appreciate it though since the pot has super hot water and blender blades. The inside of the pot can't be removed to wash it, but it comes with a brush for the blades and a self cleaning option. Which is good as it is electric and can't be submerged in water. The pot also comes with a filter bag, which works like cheese cloth. I was able to filter out the unblended oats but then squeeze the blended oat "paste" out to add back to the milk liquid. This definitely added to the milk quality as that paste or pulp or whatever it is, is the delicious and healthy part. But the bag did a good job separating everything. This little pot is so versatile and cool that it is an exceptional value for the money. And especially because it's an easy way to SAVE money and eat healthier by blending your own stuff.
