Works fine on my 1990 Yamaha breeze YFA1 . Cable length is perfect. You'll need to elongate the hole on the rear axle where the cable attaches to or you can try gently grinding down the end of the cable to fit. The part that goes into the brake lever will require trimming the boot holder since it's not needed and it will fit better into the adjuster.
