Easy to install it can be installed inside or outside wall. I was missing the pump but I contacted the seller and they send the pump in a very short time. It works very well 😌.

Boxed very well. Instructions are a little small for me to read. Once you unbox it very easy to assemble. It includes 2 different extensions for the the pump to attach. I hooked the toilet direct to the pump and tested it. So far I am very pleased.Looks great not too noisy.

I own 2 macerator toilet systems . One from a company that charges more than this product and I installed 12 months ago. After reading the reviews I purchased the Macerator Flo Ares 600w system for converting a garage to a bed bath without breaking concrete. I couldn’t be more pleased with the product and the customer service. It works well out of the box, but get a plumber to hook it up, it can be complicated.The instructions were minimal but with a little research I was able to install similar to my higher priced system. 1 key component was missing from the box and the company had it delivered in 2 days! Along with a follow up email and a phone call. I love that!The product looks, feels and functions like the higher priced unit.I would recommend this product anytime.

2 points to highlight:1) Two days before scheduled delivery, we realized the shipping address was incorrect. We contacted Amazon, FedEx, and MaceratingFlo.M-Flo picked up the ball and was able to successfully reroute the product to the correct address. M-Flo's customer service was nothing short of outstanding. They worked with FedEx, and kept us updated throughout the entire process.We also received follow-up calls after delivery to ensure we in fact received the shipment at the corrected address. These folks really went out of their way to help us with the address change & keep us informed.#2) This product is exactly what we needed for our limited space and existing plumbing. We've used it for just over a week now. It has performed very well so far, and has a fairly low pump noise. The installer had no problems setting it up.The only thing I would caution about is to not place too much weight on the commode seat & lid, as they feel less sturdy than the rest of the unit.This was a very positive experience, and we are very satisfied with our purchase.

Super happy I stumbled upon this toilet and this awesome company! We've been on the hunt for a toilet for our basement bathroom project without breaking the bank, and this one fits the bill perfectly. It’s a lifesaver since you don’t need to tear up the basement floor or dig around to install plumbing. We're almost done setting up the bathroom, and the toilet’s been working like a charm. Unfortunately, we accidentally dropped the toilet seat during installation, and it shattered. The company was quick to address the issue when we reached out via email. They sent over the replacement parts at no additional cost. Everything’s running smoothly now. A huge shoutout to Sophia for her quick and helpful responses. Hats off to you!

Works great was I. Very hard to get the gasket to seal. I cut the connection pipe not a good idea it’s not a true 3” pipe so had to change to a rubber construction. But in the end all worked out great in my application.
