The capacity of this battery is pretty good for the size and the price, and it works fine. It doubles as a standard USB battery pack as well, so that's fantastic. My only complaint would be that the charge meter is just four dots, nothing digital. This is obviously a pretty minor complaint, but I'm spoiled by other packs at low price points that I have that have digital meters.Overall, I'm darn happy with this battery pack, though. Great buy!

Hello there,This battery pack is built very well. It's got a nice appearance and it overall the features are nice. However, It seems more like an 8,000mAh pack and at 39 dollars it's too expensive.

While it's advertised as a battery for a heated jacket, it really does serve general charging uses.10,000 mAh is fairly standard these days and frankly could almost be considered entry level by now. Still, this does provide a very reasonable power supply for my heated vest...yeah, I'm using it as advertised. Performance will of course vary depending on the power draw of your particular jacket...mine with three heating zones runs for a little over 3 hours with this battery.Charging is a bit slow owing to the interface (and of course the wattage of the charger you're using) but not unreasonably so.If I had a concern it might be around the voltage protection (as I understand the term anyway). Prolonged use has the battery getting very warm. I'm not sure if this is because of the power draw of my jacket (being a bit too much for the battery) or something else. Nothing is failing though so I'm chalking this up to a potential misunderstanding.I view this as a very solid performer. A good product.

I have used this as a charger for my phone and one for a heating jacket. It is great and takes up little room.

(FYI, I reserve 5 Stars only for the very tip top of the shelf products (example, a Rolex = 5 Stars), so 4 stars from "me" is a GOOD rating :-)I tested this battery pack through actual use in my heated vest, it has preformed as advertised and without issue, yes, recommended. I also physically verified this is a true 10000mah battery pack, it contains two 5000mah lipo cells (2 X 5000 = 10000), so the seller if being honest about that and I was happy to see they used lipo cells, in my book that's a plus. First thing I did was connect to a charger and fully charged the cell, that should always be done first, it helps correctly conditions the cells. Then I tried it in MY heated vest on a 30 deg F day, with the setting on the highest I got just what I was hoping for, five hours of use before it fully drained the battery. I repeated the test the next day & again got 5 hours run time in "MY" vest. IMHO, that's another step that should be follow to condition the cells, for the first few times of use 1st fully charge, then fully drain & fully recharge again, a few times repeating this will help condition and break in the cells giving longest life & best performance. Read the instructions, you have to switch on the pack in order to use either the USB out for recharging another device or switch it on for the round plug in outputs. Make sure you understand how it's designed to be used. Good battery pack, I'm happy with it!

Ordered this as a backup battery for our heated vests. This battery is charged via a USB C cable and has multiple ports for various sizes/styles of cords to hook into your vest.It worked without any issues on our PLIDINNA brand vest that was purchased on Amazon. It did NOT work with our RGFQE brand vest that was purchased on Amazon, as the terminal for was large for this Battery. The battery has indicator lights on the top to show you how charged it is. These were bright and easily understood. If there was any complaints, it would be that the included USB cord to charge it was very short. While the standard USB C cords that we have around fit this without issue, it is worth noting that the cord was only aprox 6"-8" long making it difficult to use.

The first thing I’ll say about this listing is, it definitely has inaccurate item description, specifically ALL of the pictures. Ever single picture shows this being used with a vest, no other purpose, and the wording on all the pictures make it seem like it comes with a vest. Only in one small area does it say that it’s just the battery pack to use on vests that you may already have or have to buy separately. Since I didn’t read this before ordering it, I’m stuck with a battery pack and no vest. Now I have to find a vest that this can be used with and for that reason, I will give it 3 stars. I can’t comment on how it really works since I didn’t get that chance but the pictures are very deceiving. It’s best to not put any pictures with a vest as it should only advertise the battery pack and then maybe along the way mention that it can be used for a heated vest. Super disappointed.
