General Instruction on How to Install the Window Regulator
Step 1: Detach the door panel
Step 2: Loosen the bolts and screws for the regulator and window glass. Raise the glass window and secure it with tape
Step 3: Take out the old regulator and motor
Step 4: Install the new regulator in the same position
Step 5: Reinstall all the bolts and screws
Step 6: Tighten the screws with the wrench
Step 7: Connect the wires to the window motor
Step 8: Lower the glass window to the new regulator and tigthen the mounting hardwares. Put back the plastic liner and door panel
Step 9: Test if the regulator functions good

holes for bolts were of a bit made a tight fit but worked out okay tests fine hope it lasts this is the fifth one i have replaced on both my 2002 and 2000 buick not counting all the other windows that had broken

I had a master technician replace this on a car I was selling. Naturally there were other things that needed to be replaced. While still at the shop, after maybe 5 uses down and then up, the window regulator broke. Once more in the down position, the window fell down. There was no warranty purchase, because I am selling it. There is a 30 day replacement on it, and of course, the regulator broke just outside of the warranty. This brand is crap. Cheaper is not better, and I wouldn't recommend these parts to an enemy. Their functionality is embarrassing. Don't waste your time.

this item is made very poor, bought it in May of this year and the cable broke on Monday. The cable breakswere the two ends hook together this is not the first one that I have bought that has broke in the same place. They are not cheap to be made so bad.
