As a college professor, I am always looking for creative ways to engage students. I purchased these and wrote several extra credit opportunities for students to select at random. I wrote on them with a fine-tip Sharpie marker. Although I was able to write on each cutout with the Sharpie, extra time was needed for a full dry to prevent smearing...thus the 4-star over 5-star rating. It was not so frustrating that it would prevent me from purchasing them again.
