While putting it together we noticed that every hole pre drilled was to large for every screw provided. So absolutely none of the screws really got tightened, other than the cams. Most of the pre drilled holes were slightly off on the latches. Making them hard to latch properly. All in all I'm not happy with that. Whats it going to take for manufacturers to make anything of quality anymore????? Even the higher priced kennels are slapped together with the same crap, with this knowledge of this ill be looking at build kits from like lowes or home depot to build our own from now on! . We had to go back through every screw that was loose and add wood glue to help hold the screws.It does look nice though so theres that . And only that.

Turned out pretty nice. Dogs love it! All of the parts and hardware were included with extras. My only complaint is the stripping directly below the drawers was 80% detached and was broken in the middle. I've managed to reattach a small section of it with gorilla glue and the rest just won't hold. No matter what I do, it'll never look right. Also one of the board pieces had a big chunk of a chip on it. This doesn't bother me to much being as how it's on the backside of the furniture.

This is a great addition to my home. My dogs love being in it and choose to sleep in it even when the doors are open.The only downside was assembly. My 11 year old daughter and I were able to assemble it easily. The only complaint with assembly is the instructions. They have been updated with stickers for different parts, some of the illustrations are outdated compared to the actual pieces and some parts are not listed at all. It was easy to figure out, mostly just annoying.

The sizing is a few inches off; cannot separate to make one large crate; extremely hard to put together took two days; and most of the pre drilled holes did not match up with the pieces. The appearance is very nice; but would not be keeping if it wasn’t such hassle to return.
