An attractive, functional and solid piece of furniture. It was relatively easy to assemble though it took several hours to sort and organize the parts, and then complete the easy-to-follow directions. The bench, with cushion, is plenty big and the storage space beneath the bench is easy to access. Since there are five hooks above the bench, I didn't attach the ones on each side, which I think improves the look. The hooks are not of the strongest quality but can be easily replaced. I wish plastic or rubber caps has been provided to cover the camlocks instead of stick-ons, which look kind of cheap.

It looks great. It works well. The assembly instructions are clear. The hardware you need to assemble are all provided. It would be 4 stars except for the fact that the tall piece is really a pain in the neck to assemble and, really, requires to people to do it correctly.

Product came out just as shown and is very sturdy. 71" Hall Tree with Bench and Shoe Storage doesn't feel cheap in anyway. The cushion that comes with it was surprisingly comfy and made very nicely.

This is a good looking piece and was relatively easy to put together. However, there's a little more side to side wobble than I'd like to see for something this size. It's not terribly unstable but something like this should be more stable.The big issue is that the pictures are deceiving. There's no way you that are going to fit adult sized shoes side to side in the middle set of bottom racks. those spaces are only about 8 3/8" wide. The spaces behind the doors are almost 11" wide. Those are plenty big.
