We just received this small 7" tart pan, the quality is great. We used it the same night we received it and with the removable base, it was so easy to take the tart out. The wavy sides add a good look on tarts as well, the non-stick feature worked so well with not sticking issues.*** This product was received for free under Amazon Vine program

This 8.3" D x 8.3" W x 1.1" H, premium carbon steel tart pan is a great addition to any Baker’s kitchen. It has a removable bottom, wide fluted edges, and it heats evenly. The bottom section is easily removable thus preventing cracks in your crust. Wood or silicone utensils are highly recommended to avoid scratching the nonstick surface.You can make pies, cakes, tarts, or quiches in this pan. My fruit tart turned out wickedly delicious with no broken crust. The fluted edges make a beautiful design out of your crust. It adds a touch of elegance you may not normally have.Hand washing this pan is recommended.I like this two-piece tart pan. It’s so easy to use and a wonderful addition to my baking lineup. I would happily recommend it to other Bakers.

I used to have one of these years ago and rarely used it, but I have seen a lot of recipes for tarts lately and got the bug again so I got this. It's a good quality and well made. Not too large but not small and the removeable base is great

Very good quality. I removed the chocolate tart crust effortless. There is no broken edge, and the crust is very crispy. It’s better than aluminum tart mold which I tried in school.
