I buy these for my compost can. It has a lid with holes in the top. These fit the lid perfectly and allow the compost to breathe until I dump it outside on the pile. They keep smells inside.

I purchased this size filter and cut them down to fit my specific littler box. Great replacement for anyone that can't find and exact replacement.

These filters did seem to cut down on the odor from the litter box, but since they never stayed in place more than 2 days I can't say I recommend them. My cats declared war on them. I don't know if they get bored sitting in the potty and can't resist playing with the thing that wasn't there yesterday or something about them just really bothered them, but none of the filters stayed in place more than 2 days and were torn to bits after being removed. Therefore, I did not get my money's worth through no fault of the manufacturer. But my cats aren't bad about taking things off of shelves, etc..., so it was definitely something about the filters they either didn't like or the play value was to high to ignore.

These litter pan filters are thin, they fit in the filter area on my litter box. They are about 1 inch too long, but it is easy to trim. I have an older litter box. It has two pans and one sifting pan (the sifting didn't work in my case).

I started looking for these when I got a covered litter box. The box came with a filter just a little thicker than these and fitted for the shape of the box but I could not find refills for those anywhere. I held off on writing a review until I actually changed my filter for one of these. They were easy to cut to fit the opening in the box. And after installation there have been no odors escaping from the box. Since the space was meant for a thicker filter I folded it before cutting so it is actually double. It works.

These filters arrived on time and fit perfectly for my cat's litter box. They don't really have a scent, though. It does help with odor in the room not to be as bad, however. I think it gets the job done just fine. I would buy them again.
