When shot through a 425fps crossbow the nock will break on the first shot.. no good.

I've lost a few bolts over the years where I know it's within yards of me and maybe just lying under the grass or something. I've been wanting to try lighted nocks to aid in locating a pass through or a miss.There is a little labor involved to switch out your old nocks for these, but not bad at all.I was hoping to put one of these through a deer this year to give them the true test, but I ended up passing on some shots and never did fill the tag.What I can tell you so far is they light up nicely, switching on/off works well and they come with enough insert options that they certainly should fit your crossbow bolts.If all goes well, I plan to give them the ultimate test next season.

I really like the easy way you can turn these off. There is a switch on the side you just push down. Easy swap over on my bolts. A good product.
